On 18 July 2022, the Myanmar Culture and Products Show was held in Beijing. Mr. Myo Thant Pe, Ambassador of Myanmar to China, Mrs. Khek M. Caimealy, Ambassador of Cambodia to China, Mr. Djauhari Oratmangun, Ambassador of Indonesia to China, Mrs. Khamphao Ernthavanh, Ambassador of Lao PDR to China, diplomatic envoys in Beijing, and representatives from various circles were present. Mr. Chen Dehai, Secretary-General of the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) attended the event upon invitation.
The event was hosted by the Embassy of Myanmar in China, co-organised by China-Myanmar Cultural and Economic Exchange Center, and China Council for the Promotion of National Trade. Guests attended the opening ceremony of the Myanmar Culture and Products Show, appreciated traditional cultural performances, visited product booths and enjoyed delicacies, experiencing the fascinating culture of Myanmar.
Ms. Wang Hongliu, Director of the General Affairs and Coordination Division (GACD) of ACC, Mr. Guo Chuanwei, Director of the Trade and Investment Division of ACC, Mr. Arianto Surojo, Director of the Information and Public Relations Division (IPRD) of ACC, Mr. Sun Xiaoyi, Deputy Director of GACD and Mr. Fang Qiang, Deputy Director of IPRD also attended the event.
